Lucy and James, from Brooklyn, chose the iconic Palácio Fronteira, one of Lisbon’s most beautiful 17th century monuments, as the setting for their destination wedding.

Without even having visited the venue, the couple handed over their plans to the talented team at Unique Dream Wedding to create the perfect day. The result was a wedding as intimate as it was emotional, in a celebration of love and friendship.

From the emotional first look in the library to the outdoor ceremony, everything was thought out in detail for this wedding at Palácio Fronteira.

We’d like to highlight the delicate floral decoration that brought even more charm to a space that is already unrivalled in itself. The well-preserved collection of 17th century tiles, the history, the architecture and the lush gardens created an exquisite and stunning atmosphere.

And during dinner, the details surprised the guests. With a menu selected by Unique Dream Wedding‘s own team, the meal was served outdoors, with a table runner decorated in perfect harmony with the surroundings.

But it was at nightfall that the palace took on new life, and the dance floor became the centre of the party, with guests dancing until the last minute.

This was undoubtedly a wedding at the Fronteira Palace that reflected Lucy and James’ personalities – romantic, delicate and joyful. And for us, it was a privilege to record every moment. From the relaxed laughter to the complicit gazes of this couple, with an attentive eye, we tried to immortalise every detail so that the bride and groom and their guests can relive this day every time they see these photos.
