We had the honor of capturing Zahra and Zafar’s breathtaking two-day Muslim celebration in the picturesque settings of Estoril and Lisbon, Portugal. Their love story came to life through a vibrant series of joy-filled events.

The festivities began with a delightful welcome event at the historic Forte da Cruz. The sun shone brightly, casting a golden hue over the winter day, as guests and the couple showcased their stylish looks with chic sunglasses. Zahra dazzled in a stunning dress in shades of orange, green, and pink, richly embroidered with intricate designs. She made a grand entrance to the rhythmic beats of a lovely dhol, setting a joyous tone for the evening. Zafar complemented her perfectly in a light, beautifully embroidered suit. Their couple’s session at Forte da Cruz truly captured their joy and love. Inside Forte da Cruz, colorful embroidered umbrellas adorned the interior, creating an astonishing backdrop that added to the event’s charm and warmth.

The second day started at the charming Upon Lisbon Hotel. Zahra, in a pink-toned dress, and Zafar, in a light-colored suit and turban, prepared for their next chapter. Their session amidst the enchanting Vandelli Botanical Garden felt straight out of an Arabian night—a dreamy blend of love and nature. As the Nikkah ceremony commenced, paper planes soared, symbolizing the shared journey that begins now. Inside the elegantly decorated greenhouse, surrounded by lush greenery, the couple performed Namaz—a moment of serenity and devotion.
